The Red Chinese Cuisine House is all about trying new food and your favourite dishes from China. We have continued this experience on for you in our drink selection.
Traditionally the Chinese culture does not involve drinking a lot of wine as we enjoy to do in New Zealand so we had to employ a panel of expert wine drinkers to try some of our delicious Chinese Cuisine and recommend a list of favourite wines that compliment to dishes we serve.
Our in house wine selection includes Church Road, Stoneleigh, Huia Estate, Johanneshof, Hunters, Corban's Private Bin, , Lindauer, Shingle Peak, Huntaway, Framingham, and many more . All wines are available by the bottle and some by the glass.
As we believe there is nothing better to compliment a fine meal than your favourite bottle of wine, we invite you to tell us which wine you think compliments which dish the best, or if your favourite bottle of wine is not available please tell us so we can see if we can add it in.
Of course, as we have a fully stocked bar we also suggest you try our favourite New Zealand beers from $4.00 per glass or $5.00 per handle as well as the range of imported beers from China, Singapore, Japan, Belgium, Mexico and Holland.
For the children and sober driver we offer a range of alternative non-alcoholic drinks to quench your thirst including Bundaberg Ginger Beer and a warming cup of coffee or hot chocolate.
