Pay no booking fees or or credit card fees for reservations when you book direct.

When booking direct and online through our website, you will receive our If the lower rate qualifies in accordance with our Best Rate Guarantee Terms & Conditions*, we'll refund you the difference between the rates plus an additional 10%.

 

How to claim for a Best Rate Guarantee

Should you find a rate which is cheaper than advertised on our website, we will match that rate if still available and if the lower rate qualifies in accordance with our Best Rate Guarantee Terms & Conditions*.

To claim a rate match, you will need to:  

  • Book your stay direct with us using any of the methods provided above

  • Within 24 hours of making the booking and at least 72 hours prior to the universal check-in time of 2:00pm (14:00) on the first day of your stay, email us a screen shot of the web page displaying the cheaper rate to our reservations team at enquiries@gardenhotel.co.nz. Please ensure the screenshot shows the website URL in the address bar, as well as the date and time it was taken

  • Our Hotel Reservations team will then investigate and respond to the claim within 48 hours

 

Exclusions

Best Rate Guarantee excludes the following:

  • Group booking of 4 rooms or more

  • Negotiated, contracted, Special and non-public rates

  • Third party promotions (such as third party OTA’s may on occasion sell room at a loss to themselves. Under these circumstances, the best rate guarantee may not apply)

  • Reservations booked or claims submitted within 24 hours from the time and date of arrival at the hotel

  • Rates secured through loyalty or membership programmes
